Strip Pieced Lone Star
You will need 1/3 yard of each of 5 fabrics, make sure you have a balance of light and dark.
You will also need 1 1/4 yard of background fabric. Your background fabric should be a solid, a blender or something non directional because we are piecing the background to avoid Y seams.
Sewing machine, ruler with a 45 degree line, rotary cutter and mat as well as a fine point marking pen or pencil and straight pins will be used. Bring if you have, but you can also borrow supplies from us.
