Mystery Quilt Retreat with Debi Montgomery

This is a very exciting retreat for us, and we have to pay upfront for a lot of expenses up front in order to host this, so please be understanding of our policies on this one.  We also know how hard it is to predict what you are going to be doing months in advance, so hopefully you find this fair:

A deposit of $50 by October 31 will hold your space.  You will then be invoiced monthly and can pay down your total in any amount you choose each month.
Your payment in full by November 30 will earn you an exclusive goodie bag with at least a $50 value.
Payment in full will be required by June 30, 2025 unless you have made other arrangements.

Refunds / Cancellations

If you need to cancel for any reason, we will offer full refunds IF we have more than 20 registered to attend, or a waiting list with someone to take your place, right up to the event.

If you need to cancel and that would put us below this 20 person mark, with no one to take your place, we will be able to offer you a refund of the class fee in the form of a store credit only.  However, if this occurs in the week prior to the event, the above policy is discretionary and any refunds given will be provided in the form of store credit.
