Jeannie Stokes, an award winning fiber artist is a retired high school and college teacher, who has been sewing, embroidering and quilting for over 40 years. She has been fascinated with rope bowls lately, enjoying playing with colors, fabrics and different construction techniques to make beautiful bowls, coasters, table mats, floor mats and baskets, some of which have won awards in judged competition.
